ABOUT
Meet Sudhir
My mission is to provide a grounded, respectful, and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and an MBA in Human Resources, with professional experience spanning corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in Ontario and pursuing doctoral studies in Management at Case Western Reserve University, focused on sustainable systems, leadership, and applied professional practice.
As an immigrant, husband, parent, and community leader, I bring lived empathy, cultural awareness, and practical insight into the realities many individuals face today.

Lived Experience
My personal journey includes early loss and financial hardship, navigating education with limited guidance and resources, building a career across international development, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship, rebuilding professionally after immigrating to Canada, walking through personal and family health challenges, and serving individuals and families through pastoral and community leadership.
These experiences shape a grounded and compassionate approach to supporting others.
